Vobster Santas returns on Sunday 12th December 2021 for more festive fundraising frivolities! Our popular santa diving event isn't just a bit of festive fun, of course - we're also aiming to raise even more money for two very deserving charities.
Ho Ho Ho! After taking a break last year, we're delighted to announce that our popular Vobster Santas charity scuba diving event is back! To help you start the festive season in style, we'll be hosting a very special festive dive session open to ALL DIVERS
- members and non-members alike! We want to see a sea of fluffy white beards, red pantaloons and an army of Santas elves taking to the waters in aid of charity.
We're aiming to raise money for the Royal National Lifeboat Institution
and the Dorset & Somerset Air Ambulance
by encouraging each and every one of you to get sponsored. Both charities are very close to our hearts here at Vobster Quay so let's show them both just how much we value everything they do!
We'll be running the event a little differently this year. Instead of our Santa divers all jumping in the water together en masse, we'll be running a very special 5-hour long 'Santa diving session' on Sunday 12th December
between 08:00 - 14:00 (exit the water by 13:00)
. This year's event is focused on simply having fun so there's no need to rush - just kit up and hit the water when you and your dive buddies are ready. Don't forget your festive outfits, of course - that's one thing that definitely isn't changing!
Ready to join in the fun? Pop across to our Vobster Santas page for more information! Spaces are limited so don't delay.
