Whether you are a keen open water swimmer or a multisport athlete, come and join us on Friday 5th August for an exciting timed open water swim & aquathlon event at Vobster Quay. Bench mark your open water swimming performance by entering our timed swim of up to 3 kilometres distance. Alternatively, try your first swim and run or race as part of what will be a very competitive field - the choice is yours!

Registration opens at 17:30 with the event starting at 19:00. The swim will take place in the safe and crystal clear waters of Vobster Quay and the run will be an out and back run on quiet country lanes. For those in need of sustenance, food and drink will be available before and immediately after you've completed your event discipline. Clubs and teams are very welcome to get involved.

Two event catagories are available, giving you the freedom to select the entry option that best suits you. For those that just want to participate in the timed swim, you can choose between four different distances - 350, 750, 1500 or 3000 metres.

Alternatively, you can choose to partipate in the full Aquathlon event with both a timed swim and run. Two distances are available for Aquathlon participants - a 350 metre swim with a 1 kilometre run or a 750 metre swim with a 5 kilometre run. Which will you choose?
