Nothing quite compares to the sense of stillness, peace and tranquility you'll experience as the first light of the day breaks across our beautiful crystal-clear lake on the longest day of the year. On the 21st June, we'll be opening the gates at 04:30 in the morning for open water swim members that want to immerse themselves in this life-affirming juncture in the solar calendar.

With the first dazzling rays of light set to break through the trees at 04:55, swimmers can take to the waters at 04:45 to ensure that they enjoy this ethereal moment from the still, rejuvenating waters of the lake. Our Summer Solstice Swim is an experience like no other - an exhilerating swim event that is good for the mind, body and soul. Just thinking about it is aligning our chakras!

Due to the early start, we recommend that swimmers arrive in their wetsuits ready to hit the water.

At 06:00, we'll be serving a light breakfast - the perfect reward for an invigorating swim. Attendees can choose between a warm croissant with either ham and cheese or cheese and tomato fillings accompanied by a steaming hot mug of tea or coffee. For those with special dietry requirements, gluten-free and dairy-free options are available.
